At Style Bun our biggest goal is to well serve you, our fabulous fans and customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better.
Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days of receiving your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!
We know that ordering things online can be a gamble since you can’t touch the items or try anything on, and because of that we try our best to be very return-friendly. However, as in life, there are certain rules that must be followed so that we can help you out!
- Any goodies you purchased must be returned within 30 days from the date your order was delivered and all items are only eligible for store credit issued in the form of a gift card/gift code to use in our online boutique at any time.
- All returns must be unworn, unwashed and have all tags, including any Style Bun Boutique hangtags, attached.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return. Therefore, anything that has a SALE circle logo on the product page.
Our policy lasts 30 days from date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange. No exceptions can be made.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags, and in the same condition that you received it.
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Some personal care items (Bras, eye lashes, etc)
To complete your return please email email@example.com for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. This is not the return address and you will not receive a refund from sending it there. You will receive a valid return address when you email us and your return is approved with an Authorization #.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once you're return is approved, then your will be emailed a STORE CREDIT GIFT CODE for the same amount which never expires, this credit can automatically be applied to your next purchase by using it in the discount code bar at checkout.
Once your return package has been delivered please allow 24 hours for us to send you a store credit. If you are waiting to receive your credit past 2 days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded and are final sale.
Damaged Goods (if applicable)
We replace items for free if they are defective or damaged. Quality products is important to us, you will not have to pay anything.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange for a different size or another item you like better, send us an email at email@example.com and we'll arrange that for you. :)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to our return address. Your return must include a tracking number. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
Pending Returns/ Return Times
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach our return address may vary. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A VALID TRACKING NUMBER. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service WITH shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We go by what the tracking number confirms.
